  8. Paula says:

Wow! It is hard to believe that people lived with those leaks and the resulting mold. It already looks so much better!

  9. Gwen says:

This is mind boggling all that you go through to get to a clean slate. I have had to contend with a fixer upper and it’s a lot of work. You’ve thought it through with great planning. I think that’s what makes this journey so worth taking with you. You both are organized and know what needs to be done. I will be amazed at this project’s final reveal!! Congratulations on all the work.

  10. Sue says:

    Persevere!!

  12. c2 says:

Please keep moving forward this is amazing what you are revealing to us, I appreciate your blogging! Like many, we moved last summer into a similar house and found when tearing out beyond hope damaged old wood floors…they didn’t put down a moisture barrier and there it was…MOLD *^#%! (The black- sticky- yucky -cough, sputter, choke… mold). Your posts are SO REAL…keep persevering. Unearth the imagined treasure, it’s an adventure, but worth it. ♥

  13. Paul says:
