The Vintage Whites Market

I have some exciting news today! Months ago, like around March, Anthony and I signed up to be a vendor at The Vintage Whites Market in Loveland, CO!

If you’re not familiar, The Vintage Whites Market is named a top 25 market in the US! They have over 70 vendors who sell vintage, antiques, re-purposed, and vintage-inspired handmade merchandise. They have live music, food, a fashion show, a free photo-booth, demonstrations, special guests, and more!

They hosted a similar event in Salt Lake City, Utah earlier this year and it was completely amazing. I wrote a bit more about it here, but I was amazed with the market, the vendors and the original home decor goodies that were everywhere. I got home and immediately signed us up to be a vendor at their Colorado market in 2015.

The event will take place January 10th, 2015 in Loveland, Colorado at The Ranch Complex.

So, for the past few months, Anthony and I have been planning, prepping and planning some more to get ready for this event. #kindofscaryandexcitingatthesametime

We’ll be bringing lots of our handmade items that you’ve seen here on the blog, as well as other items that I’ve found, furniture, home decor and several new things that I’ve been working on. I can’t wait to share sneak peek pictures of the items we’ll be bringing and making specifically for the market, and updates in preparation for the event.

My/our to-do list has never been so full, but I’m excited that we’ll finally be offering several of our projects and home items for sale. I would have never imagined we’d be here, getting ready for a market, or designing/ building a moveable booth with real walls, but here we are! 😀

I’m so excited to share more with you, and I hope you can join us at the market. To keep up to date with the event, you can follow along on Facebook.

Here’s to a new adventure… and filling a 10′ x 20′ booth! 😀

  1. My aunt & uncle and cousins live in Loveland. side note i love getting a valentine card from them on valentine’s day. wish i lived closer to go to it.

  2. I thought that name sounded familiar! We attended the one in Somer, MN last August. I brought home a few finds that I was very happy with. Good luck at the market, it would be fun to come to another one,,,,,,Alberta might be a little far though?! Love your blog and your decorating style!

  3. I wish I could attend. It sounds like great fun. I’ve often wondered why you don’t sell your items on Etsy or eBay. Have you ever considered that venue? You have posted many many projects that I absolutely loved but could never replicate (i.e. the wooden chargers, the fabric leaves, the driftwood wreath, etc, etc, etc) but if they were on Etsy I would buy them without hesitation. Best of luck at the Vintage Whites Market. I have no doubt your items will sell quickly.

  4. Shayna, this is so exciting. You will do wonderfully. I have done many craft shows in the past and really love doing them. Being able to see first-hand people’s reaction to your work is so worth the effort of doing a show. Meeting people and answering questions about one’s handmade items is so rewarding. The best to you on this endeavor.

  5. Oh you don’t know how bad I wish I could be there, even if it was just to help you out. I’d love to see your booth and I look forward to getting peeks, as well as a full-report after with loads of pictures!!!! So proud of and happy for you both. xoxo

  6. I am so happy for you. I know that you will do great. Keep us in mind and am getting so excited about all the items . Hope you sell every one of them. I know you will find a lot more markets to do. Come this way (Alabama). We would love to have you.
