2014 Fall Home Tour: Part Three
Today I’m back to share part three of our fall home tour. You can see part one here and part two here.

So, let’s begin! Here’s our entryway…
(Picture comes complete with a new kitten toy! They seem to be laying all over the house…) 😀
Remember those denim leaves I made from last year? Well, I just stuck one right onto the burlap… easiest framed art ever!
This little nook is one of my favorites, it’s so cozy!
And for that big arrangement, I cut down stems from our property that were slightly starting to turn. I put them in a vase with water, then used dried leaves from a few years ago around the base… I love the texture!
I also just painted the interior side of our front door black…
And now for our living room… this is the view you see right when you walk in our front door…
The shelves in our living room…
I left them pretty basic, but with a few fall touches here and there…
Anthony and I made the log tea light holders, and I’ll be sharing that tutorial soon…
I kept our living room pretty simple, but I did add in pine cones, wicker and cozy blankets and pillows…

And now for our mudroom…
I haven’t shared much of this little room lately, but our barn beam built in bench in still one of my very favorite projects…
And that adorable pillow is a new favorite of mine! 😀
To make the mudroom flow with the rest of the house, I brought in some fall branches, wicker, apples and plaid…
It’s a lovely combination…
And here’s my view from the kitchen… Those fall branches bring in such a lovely pop of color!

Love your home . So pretty. For one exception. The antlers. I see them everywhere but I just don’t get it. Weird and not pretty at all. Sorry. Just my opinion.
Shayna… your home is beautiful… one comment on the black door. Replace the hinges with new black (actually they’re oiled rubbed bronze) less than $3.00 each at home depot or lowes. You’ll be amazed at the difference.
