Perfect Fluffy Pancakes

These delicious pancakes are a family favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flour All Purpose
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Whisk
  • Griddle
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. Add egg, milk and butter. Mix together well with a whisk. There will be lumps in the mixture.
  3. Drop onto hot griddle. When small bubbles start forming on pancakes, use a spatula to flip them.
  4. Pancakes are done when you press on the top and they don't indent.
