We are passionate about selling and producing unique, high quality items. If you do not completely love and enjoy your purchase, or it arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line of “Return/ Damaged Shipment”.
All damage/ return claims must be made within 10 days from receipt of shipment.
If the item is damaged, we ask that you please provide quality pictures of the damage with your e-mail. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded, based on product availability, and the shipping charge will be paid by us! We’re so sorry for this inconvenience!
For returns, if you are unhappy with your purchase, it doesn’t fit, or there is something wrong with your item, please let us know. Depending on the issue, we will gladly except your return. However, at this time we are not offering paid return shipping. All qualifying returns will result in merchandise credit, and in order for a refund, we need to hear from you within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Sadly, we do not accept unauthorized returns, and they will not be refunded or credited for future merchandise.
Also, please note: Several of our items are handmade and made unique for you. There may be slight variations or differences. This is normal and part of the “handmade” charm we work hard to include with our items.
