I’m finally getting around to sharing our Christmas front porch today! This year Anthony and I actually made time to hang up exterior lights, which seems to enhance all the Christmas spirit around our home. It’s been several years, like maybe 6 or so, since we’ve hung exterior Christmas lights and I forgot how much fun and magic it creates! So much fun!
Anyways, here’s our front porch all decorated for Christmas this year!
This year, I decided to add a big, beautiful real Christmas tree to our porch…
I wasn’t exactly sure how I wanted to decorate it when we put it on the front porch, but inspiration hit a few moments later and I realized I wanted to include the dollar section felt banner and red letters I picked up in the Target dollar spot last year. After quickly adding the letters to the felt banner (Anthony did most of it 😉 ), I went outside and hung them on the tree. Perfect.
Those little letters make all the difference and I like to think guests feel extra welcomed when they come for a visit! 🙂
I’m also loving the pop of red this year, which is a big deal for this primarily neutral color loving lady (me, in case you didn’t know. Ha ha!).
I’m pretty partial to my messy red berry wreath. I should have spread those berries out a little bit better, but I’m embracing it’s “non-perfect” ness.
Just call me a rebel wreath hanger. I can handle it.
So that’s the tour of our front porch. I’ve included the sources to everything below!
Stay tuned next week for the house tour! Have a great weekend! 🙂
