  1. Your home is beautiful, Shayna. The framed feedsacks are perfect for your space. As a regualr reader I am especially enjoying the photos in this tour that show how the rooms and spaces connected.

  2. Wendy Johnson says:

I really like the walls in your livingroom, is that still board and batten when it goes all the way up? I also like your dark cupboards, white look great but your dark ones just seem perfect in your house. It is all wonderful, that just stood out at the moment. Really enjoy your blog

  3. Ashley says:

Gorgeous! Where did you get the metal baskets in the dining room?

  4. Ellie LaJuett says:

    Beautiful home!

  5. Els says:

Gorgeous! Have you ever thought of putting wheels or coasters to heighten the table. I had the same problem with my new chairs. MY HUbby raised the table to accommodate the extra height needed for the new chairs. I love your fresh new look! Congratulations on your success !

  6. Michele says:

Very nice. Glad to see you still have the Currier and Ives.

  7. Gwen says:

Your home is so big I got lost?. I see you also have a kitchen earring area but I’m lost which way to turn to get there. How pretty is your kitchen cabinet the hood cover deal. Words escape me. How you’ve put it all together seems that you’ve worked hard on a new house and created your own look. Beautiful. I kind of giggle about the cotton being decor. I moved to southern San Joaquin Valley where cotton was grown in abundance. My girls worked for an agronomist counting leaves on samoples. My friends Dad had his doctorate and headed up the cotton research center. It grew all over!! I had a man deliver a cotton huge bundle to my classroom each year so I could show the students about the seed and we pulled on it and then took a field trip and saw thevgiantbcotton pickers and huge mashed white loaves of cotton waiting to go to the cotton gin. In all those years, not one of us made a wreathbbnorvstuck some in a vase!! Nor tossed a bit here and there. I feel so silly!! All that artwork and we did not see it except as the lucrative ag product notbthevbeautiful item!!! Love how you used it!!

  8. Gwen says:

Please pardon my errors. I’ve had trouble seeing this morn.
