My Favorite Room on Savvy Southern Style

Happy Friday!

I just wanted to stop in to let you know that I’m sharing my favorite room over at Savvy Southern Style today. I was so unbelievably honored when Kim asked if I would like to share my favorite room on her blog. She has gorgeous style! If you haven’t already visited Kim, you really must!

Can you guess which room I’m sharing? Here’s a sneak peek (or two)!:

  3. What a beautiful home! I am a new follower also. Just love your style. May I ask if you made the wood shelf with the metal and wood holders? Love that! Also, did you make the island too? I am about to move into my new house at the end of this month and ideas are swirling! so excited to start a new venture with my sweet little girl. Thank you for sharing, Kris

    1. THANK YOU so much, Kris! Welcome to The WGC! I’m so happy you’re here! 😀
The wood & metal shelf (in the breakfast nook) is a hand me down from my aunt. It was a different color when I got it, but I sanded it down and re- stained it. We bought the island at Home Depot. I’ve looked online to see if they have the exact same one, but I haven’t been able to find it. They do have a lot of similar islands though.
Congratulations on your new home! Enjoy! 😀

  5. Hi Shayna. This is my first time visiting, and I just gave you a “like” on FB. Your home is lovely. I see you live in Colorado. We sold our home in Estes Park and moved to Oregon in July 2013. Since then we’ve been looking for a new home. I’d like to invite you to come and share your home this year on my new blog party Every Room In The House. It’s a month-long party with a different theme room every month. This month we’re partying in The Kitchen. Here’s the link: http://www.ajoyfulcottage.com/2014/01/every-room-in-house-party-1.html
I hope you’ll come. Warm regards ~ Nancy

  6. I just found your blog from Kim’s. I spent most of the afternoon reading your blog (we are snowed in). I love your style and all of your DIY projects. I had seen your jingle bell belt on Stomegable but didn’t click to your blog then. I think I was busy and didn’t have time to look. I have added to receive your email updates. I look forward to reading your blog from now on!!
