Since the powder bathroom went on our 2013 project goals list, I thought that I had better start gathering a little bit of inspiration to get motivated.
Our powder bathroom is right off the entry way, which makes it one of the first rooms that you see when you come inside our home. Especially if you stop to take off your coat and shoes.
And, umm, obviously people use it. Quite a lot.
Other than a couple of pictures and a fake plant, this room is empty. It needs some love. And a cohesive design.

After we install a new wall treatment, I can’t wait to get started on a floor to ceiling gallery wall. My next big decision is pick the paint color. Do I stick with a light color for the backdrop, or go with the lovely dark blue in the images above? Decisions, decisions!
I’m off to get paint samples!

I am loving the bold dark blue 🙂 I love light and bright colours but after our renovation last Fall, I took a big decision for our living room and went ahead with a dark blue and white furniture and I love it 🙂 can’t wait to see what you will do! love the “be nice or leave” quote too!
